Saturday, July 1st we will be serving food at the City of Palo Alto’s Saturday Night Concert in Rinconada Park. Rinconada Park is located at 777 Embarcadero Rd. at Newell Street. The concerts are FREE ADMISSION. This Saturday’s artist is the United States Air Force Band of the Golden West, with their patriotic music to get us ready for 4th of July.

Sunnyvale Art & Wine Festival

We will be participating in the 37th annual Sunnyvale Art & Wine Festival on June 4th and 5th, 2011. We will be serving up our delicious dishes all weekend long. The festival is located in downtown Sunnyvale on Murphy Avenue and surrounding streets.

Boogie on the Bayou

We will be participating in the Boogie on the Bayou event this year! We will be parked near the main music stage along Campbell Avenue. Food service will run the entire festival! In addition to our great food, come check out:

A Bright Green Day Festival

Grab your shades…it’s a Bright Green Day in San José!

Celebrate the Earth and sun by touring the country’s first Clean Energy Showcase, exploring an interactive, 22-foot Earth Balloon, learning about helpful tips on how to ‘green’ your life, dancing to the sounds of live music, dining on local cuisine, making your mark on an environmental art canvas, and strolling through a marketplace of environmental ideas.

Louisiana Territory will be serving during the lunch AND dinner services. Lunch is 11-2 and dinner is 4-7.

SJ Eats – A Moveable Feast

SJ Eats is back! 300% more space than the inaugural SJ Eats. Some of the best food trucks and carts from around the Bay Area (us included of course!) will converge on downtown San Jose May 7th. SJ Eats will be held at the Peralta Adobe Parking Lot at 175 West St. John. There is a lunch service and a dinner service. The Louisiana Territory will be serving up our famous cuisine during the lunch AND dinner services.

Villa Montalvo Arts Splash!

Enjoy a day of fun, food, and art for all ages, including live music and performance, visual arts in the Project Space Gallery, hands-on art making, and tours of the grounds and Historic Villa. Experience exciting artworks and performances in all artistic disciplines created by Bay Area student groups responding to the theme of Sustainable Communities: Living, Working and Playing Together as part of the Student Arts Festival co-sponsored by the Santa Clara County of Education. Visitors also have the unique opportunity to go behind the scenes in Open Studios at Montalvo’s Lucas Artists Residency Program – and the chance to talk with the artists-in-residence and witness them in creative action. Wear your walking shoes, and plan to spend the day! Free parking & shuttle service from West Valley College. Limited on-site parking at $10 per car.

San Jose is finally getting a food truck festival on April 2nd: SJ Eats! Some of the best food trucks and carts from around the Bay Area (us included of course!) will converge on downtown San Jose April 2nd. The event is in conjunction with the San Jose Made Vendor Fair on the same block. SJ Eats will be held at the Fallon House Parking Lot on the corner of Almaden Ave. and St. John. There is a lunch service and a dinner service. The Louisiana Territory will be serving up our famous cuisine during the lunch service.

Tied House Meet the Brewers Beerfest – Food Truck Edition

Save the date, February 19th. We’ll be participating in Tied House’s 2nd annual Meet the Brewers brewfest. This year’s theme is Food Trucks! So we will be serving up our delectable dishes to those in attendance. The event runs from Noon – 5PM. The cost is $25 if you order your ticket online before the event. $25 for all the beer you can drink (responsibly of course!) Tickets are $30 at the door, if they still have tickets available!

Gator fans, our truck has a regular lunchtime schedule for the most part, aside from an open Monday or Friday here & there. Our next step is to find some cool dinner spots or special night events. If you have any ideas, send them to marketing@psrt.com. I’d love to hear from our fans! I have a running list we hope to move on, but in the meantime would love some fan suggestions. See you in the swamp!
